This site has been designed for a home you can rent on quaint and quiet Little Gasparilla Island, a bridgeless, roadless barrier island in the Gulf of Mexico located between Sarasota and Naples. Leave your car at the marina, and take a 10 minute ride via the water taxi, or bring your boat to our dock! There are sandy paths and golf cart trails on the island, but there are no cars, stores, or restaurants! Gulf Street stretches from the bay to the gulf, and our house is located about midway down the lane. From the dock you’ll have a short walk to our stilt home with its large deck for relaxing. Your beach access is directly at the end of the lane. Enjoy nature, 7 miles of beautiful, uncrowded beaches, and a tranquil, tropical setting!

Accommodations
The 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house has a king-sized bed and 2 twin beds upstairs, along with a bathroom, living area and kitchen.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a toaster, microwave, coffee bean grinder, coffee maker, and blender. Coolers, beach chairs, an umbrella and beach toys are provided. A gas grill is available for your use. All linens are provided.
The downstairs has a private deck and entrance to a spacious bedroom with a king bed and private bathroom.
The house has a Wi-Fi, TV with dish service, a video library, books, and games for indoor relaxation.
Read, chat, enjoy nature, or relax in the hammock on the spacious deck!
Fish from Gulf Street’s dock or the beach, and if you have a boat, you are surrounded by some of Florida’s greatest fishing spots. It’s not unusual to see dolphins, gopher tortoises, osprey, wading birds, manatees, and bald eagles. The beach is gorgeous. Beach combers will enjoy the great shells and petrified sharks’ teeth. If you walk 1.75 miles south, you end up at the southernmost tip of the island. A mile north of our access is Don Pedro State Park. You can walk further north (about 4 miles) to the northern tip of the island. Enjoy the gorgeous sunsets!
Transportation is not necessary on Little Gasparilla Island; however golf cart rental is available through a separate party, if you don’t want to explore on foot. Bring your groceries, sunscreen, fishing gear and the books you’ve been meaning to read, and get ready for a unique, relaxing experience!
