Daily: $150 per night - 3 night minimum. 2-night stays $375.
Weekly: $850 (August 1 – December 14) – $950 (December 15 – July 31)
Discount will be offered for longer stays.
Additional Fees
Pet Fee (with approval): $50 per booking
Cleaning Fee: There is no cleaning fee for stays of 3 or more nights, provided the house is left reasonably tidy.
